Friendly staff made me feel welcome. The shuttle service to the nearby attractions was a nice touch.
It wasn't the cheapest option, but still reasonable.

The comfy king bed was a dream to sink into after a day of exploring! Breakfast was a tasty buffet with friendly staff, especially Cynthia, who made the experience even sweeter. Plus, that outdoor saltwater pool was the perfect spot to unwind and relax!
Strongly recommend! 🥰🌟

The location is convenient, right off the road, and parking in front was a plus. The view from my room of the Mississippi was lovely, and the buffet breakfast had a decent spread—though, no food allowed back to the room. Staff were friendly, especially the cheerful breakfast lady. the walls were thin; I woke to nearby conversations. The shower didn’t drain well, and the safe wasn’t functional despite reporting it. On top of that, the room could’ve used a deeper clean. All in all, some frustrations marred an otherwise pleasant stay.

Offering a free shuttle to the casino was a real lifesaver! I enjoyed the southern history around, and the staff made me feel right at home. Free WiFi everywhere, what more could a lady ask for?
The stained and dusty soft surfaces made me feel like I was in a museum of ancient artifacts! .

Breakfast had great options and was fresh. Sadly, the room cleanliness was lacking, and the staff didn't change our sheets.

Super convenient spot near everything! The lobby looked awesome, and the staff were super nice and helpful. The shuttle service was a great perk too. Just wished housekeeping was a bit quicker; we didn’t get fresh towels until check-out, so that was kinda annoying. we had a fun time exploring Natchez!

The king bed was incredibly soft, complemented by plush pillows that made sleeping a delight. Ample seating included a desk, chair, and two additional chairs—perfect for relaxing. The large TV was a nice touch. the walls were thinner than expected; I woke up to nearby conversations. The room could have used a more thorough cleaning, as beneath the bathroom door was a pile of dirt. missing drying towels and lotion were an inconvenience. While the breakfast was enjoyable with hot food, cereals were quite sugary.

The staff makes you feel like a VIP. The breakfast lady is a gem and asks if you need anything, even orange juice!
Breakfast was a bit basic and could use some more options.

During check-in, I had an awful encounter with the manager. She shouted at me for asking about housekeeping, and even when I requested to speak to the GM, she rudely insisted I call instead. Totally unprofessional!

The shuttle made it super convenient. The hotel staff were cool and the location was awesome for partying.
Wish there was a more happening nightlife scene nearby for young folks like us! .

The staff at Magnolia Bluffs were exceptionally welcoming and attentive throughout my visit. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the river from my room on the 5th floor. the hot breakfast each morning was a delightful experience, served with care.

Breakfast and location were highlights. The cheerful staff made mornings pleasant, but clarity on breakfast hours would enhance the experience. The room was comfortable, with an efficient AC and a solid TV lineup. Free shuttle service was a nice touch. check-in had issues, including an unhelpful security guard. A late-night television malfunction forced us to relocate at an inconvenient hour, with no maintenance available. The breakfast lacked variety, which diminished its appeal. Noise disturbances and cleanliness issues, including a serious bedbug problem and cockroach sightings, overshadowed the positives. The outdated rooms need attention. This stay fell short of expectations, and improvements are necessary for future visits.

Our room was pleasantly quiet at the end of the hallway, offering a peaceful stay. The hot breakfast spread was impressive, including sausage, bacon, waffles, and more, served by cheerful and attentive staff. The bed was firm and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
We experienced noisy neighbors, highlighting the need for better soundproofing between rooms. The cleanliness of the floors in our room left something to be desired, indicating a lapse in housekeeping maintenance.

The hotel staff at this well-located spot were professional and reliable, making our family trip a memorable one.
My wife says that adding a dedicated kids' play area would enhance family stays significantly.

The heating and air conditioning in the room worked well and allowed me to adjust the temperature to my liking. I was disappointed to find that there were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. As a coffee lover, I typically enjoy having a cup in the morning before heading out. I also noticed that there was no mini, bar in the room, which would have been nice for grabbing a drink or snack without having to leave the room. The garden furniture outside the hotel was a nice touch, providing a relaxing spot to sit and enjoy the surroundings. One thing that stood out to me was the lack of an am/fm alarm clock in the room. I usually rely on an alarm clock to wake me up in the morning, so it would have been useful to have one available. the direct dial telephone didn't seem to work properly, which was a bit inconvenient when trying to make local calls. The room had a carpeted floor, which felt cozy but could have been cleaner as I noticed a bit of dust accumulation. I also inquired about car hire and laundry services, but unfortunately, these were not offered by the hotel during my stay. the free shuttle service provided by the hotel was a great convenience for getting around the area without having to worry about transportation.

we stayed at signature collection, and we loved the location right by the river with beautiful walking areas. although there's no restaurant, they offer a convenient shuttle service to their casino with a fantastic buffet. the pool area was enjoyable, and the lobby was inviting. the hot breakfast was excellent with a variety of options, and the staff in the breakfast room were very cheerful and welcoming.
Nothing that i didn't like 😊

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The breakfast, served in covered plates, was a delightful surprise - the grits, eggs, bacon, and toast were perfect. The staff's hospitality made our stay inviting, with the front desk clerk going above and beyond to accommodate our room request. The location, overlooking the front street, added to the charm of our experience.
The room had some drawbacks. During our two-night stay, we had to switch rooms due to unpleasant odors and vents in need of cleaning.

I chose Signature Collection for its proximity to Temple B'nai Israel, but was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless Internet and variety of dining experiences throughout Natchez.
Housekeeping and maintenance issues persisted.
